We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care and support. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Respond to patient calls and assess how best to assist them.
- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent discomfort and complications.
- Ensure patients receive appropriate nutrition by reviewing dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.
- Gather and relay patient condition updates from physicians, nurses, and caregivers.
- Monitor and record food and liquid intake, as well as urinary and fecal output, reporting any changes to medical staff.
- Measure and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.
- Observe and report any medical concerns, including wounds, bruises, or signs of distress.
- Remind patients to take prescribed medications and nutritional supplements.
- Document and report any patient complaints or symptoms to nursing staff.
- Stay up to date on CNA training and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Certification : Basic Life Support , Certified Nursing Assistant
