Job Summary :
The Certified Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead and collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to ensure project success.
- Guide, coach, and motivate teams to achieve high performance and predictable results.
- Promote Agile principles and best practices across the organization.
- Identify, track, and resolve risks, impediments, and issues affecting the team.
- Generate and analyze team performance and project metrics.
