Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform Laboratory Tests : Conduct tests of both waived and non-waived complexity in various sections of the laboratory, ensuring high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Quality Control : Follow established procedures for quality control and quality assurance to maintain the accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Documentation : Accurately document all work performed, including test results, quality control data, and any issues encountered during testing.
- Supervise Lab Assistants : Oversee the work of lab assistants, ensuring adherence to procedures and maintaining the quality of laboratory operations.
- Specimen Collection : Perform skin, arterial, and venipuncture collection as needed to obtain specimens for laboratory testing.
- Regulatory Compliance : Assist with regulatory compliance activities as directed by section supervisors and the lab manager, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other laboratory staff, including physicians and medical professionals, to support patient care and laboratory operations.
