Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to provide project support for the CTO project portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience working on IT infrastructure projects, specifically in network, server, and workstation environments. This role requires strong skills in project documentation, project plan management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project management documentation, including but not limited to project plans, business requirements documents, project charters, meeting minutes, budget trackers, status reports, and dashboards.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and Smartsheets.
- Support the Program Manager in the day-to-day execution of 2-3 IT infrastructure projects.
- Facilitate meetings as necessary, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are present and project objectives are clearly defined.
- Record meeting minutes and circulate them to the project team after each meeting.
- Track weekly team progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and track risks and issues, working with the project team to mitigate them.
- Provide regular status updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress, milestones, and any challenges.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
