Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This position requires excellent telephone etiquette, the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently, and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. The specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate order management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle multiple telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication support for customer inquiries.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of tasks.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, especially in potentially frustrating or high-pressure situations.
- Identify Client products by major product groupings and become familiar with product lines of other divisions.
- Participate in departmental 24-hour emergency "on-call" service as required.
- Work during some holidays as needed to support customer service operations.
- Enter data accurately at 7000 KDPH with 95% accuracy (required for order entry and inquiries).
- Use ZDCS (Client Data Collection System) for order entry, maintenance, invoicing, item / order status, and customer service inquiries.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Livelink for maintaining accurate records and correspondence.
- Type at least 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
