Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Architect with extensive experience in enterprise-wide data management programs such as Data Quality Management, Data Stewardship, and Data Architecture. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of data architecture solutions that align with strategic technology roadmaps and emerging industry trends. You will be responsible for developing a robust Data Management Process Framework, driving data standardization initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to institutionalize policies and best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Architecture Leadership : Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise data architecture to support business information needs.
- Process Standards & Frameworks : Define and standardize data architecture processes, including data modeling, metadata management, and master data hub strategies.
- Strategic Solutions : Develop value-added, strategic solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring best practices and emerging technologies are integrated.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Global Shared Service Governance teams to implement policies, standards, and architectural deliverables across the organization.
- Maturity Assessment : Lead the execution of Data Management Capability Maturity Assessments for specific functional areas and develop scoring models for maturity assessments.
- Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate data architecture progress, challenges, and opportunities to team members and business stakeholders.
- Data Management : Oversee and enhance data design and integration for data warehouse architecture, ERP systems, and metadata management.
- Project Leadership : Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring data architecture solutions are aligned with the enterprise technology strategy.
Required Qualifications
Experience : 4 years of IT program development experience, with hands-on expertise in data architecture and design.

Data Architecture Certification : Certification in data architecture (e.g., DAMA, TOGAF, etc.) is preferred but not required.
