This role is a hybrid of 60% reporting and 40% data engineering.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in building large-scale data pipelines and have expertise in SQL, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Adobe, or Google Data Studio is required.
The candidate will work in a GCP / Azure environment, leveraging tools such as Scala, Python, Java, Spark, and Hive.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines for a Marketing Technology Platform.
- Handle 60% reporting and 40% data engineering tasks, focusing on data analysis and reporting while also developing pipelines.
- Pull data from both structured and unstructured data sources and perform ETL operations using Scala, Python, Java, and Spark.
- Work within a GCP / Azure environment, utilizing Hive for data management.
- Develop reports and dashboards using visualization tools such as Looker, Adobe, or Google Data Studio.
- Ensure the integrity and efficiency of data pipelines, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues as needed.
