Job Summary
The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining operational and analytical capabilities for the FundsNetwork Product.
This role involves solution design, data analysis, production rollout, and production support activities using Python, AWS, Snowflake, and Oracle.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data engineering, cloud technologies, and SQL development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data solutions using Python, AWS, Snowflake, and Oracle.
- Perform data analysis and modeling, including Dimensional and Data Vault techniques.
- Develop and optimize SQL / PLSQL queries for performance improvement.
- Implement Unix scripting and scheduling tools for automation.
- Work with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, for data storage and processing.
- Utilize ETL tools like Informatica for data integration (preferred).
- Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Stash, Concourse, and Artifactory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and automation.
- Implement DevOps and Agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban) in the development process.
- Troubleshoot and support production systems to ensure seamless operation.
