Key Responsibilities
- Deliver enhancements and change requests for Oracle EBS Finance modules.
- Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of solutions for various projects.
- Perform extended production support activities.
- Create functional documentation related to Oracle EBS Finance modules.
- Drive process improvements by participating in workshops and designing technical solutions.
- Provide guidance to other business analysts on best practices aligned with development standards.
- Manage and mentor freshers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate with key business users on a weekly basis.
- Analyze custom functions with respect to the Finance modules.
- Configure Oracle EBS Finance modules to meet business needs.
- Estimate time for new development tasks.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and requirement gathering alongside the project leadership team.
