Job Summary :
Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on upgrading an existing platform. This role involves working on innovative solutions to meet not only functional but also performance, scalability, and reliability requirements. As a key member of a high-functioning Scrum team, you will be responsible for building new APIs, taking ownership of team commitments, and ensuring the success of the project beyond individual tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java / J2EE (Version 11 ), including frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate JPA.
- Contribute to front-end development with Angular, ngrx, rxjs, or a similar framework such as React (approximately 40% of the role).
- Design and implement RESTful Web Services and APIs.
- Collaborate within an Agile Scrum environment to achieve project milestones and team goals.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Ensure the platform meets high standards for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, building positive relationships across departments.
