Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to support the migration of over 30 APIs serving billions of transactions annually from the legacy Global Automated Call Distributor (GACD) system to native AWS.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with the client team to design and develop APIs, handle complex production dependencies, and support operational tasks such as resolving OnCall tickets, unblocking deployment pipelines, and maintaining existing API services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide operational support for C2C, including triaging and resolving tickets, maintaining SLAs for responses and resolutions, addressing software risks, and implementing improvements to enhance customer experience or reduce operational effort.
- Develop and implement feature enhancements for the VoiceContactService system to improve functionality and migrate customers using AWS technology.
- Design, construct, and implement feature enhancements for the C2C Configuration Management system to replace high-coupling dependencies with GACD while ensuring or improving parity with the current customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement optimal solutions for technical challenges in API development and migration.
