Job Summary :
The Logistics Analyst I will be responsible for developing operator and maintenance procedures using a variety of technical data sources such as engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing work instructions. This position involves collaborating on the creation of troubleshooting logic trees, Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), and Battle Damage Assessment and Repair (BDAR) tasks. Additionally, the role includes working with Military Standards to ensure compliance and supporting the logistics, maintenance, and technical publication processes for combat vehicles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop operator and maintenance procedures based on engineering drawings, schematics, vendor data, and other relevant sources.
- Input Maintenance Task Data and support material, tools, and compliance into SLICwave per MIL-STD 13882B and GEIA-0007.
- Collaborate in the development of troubleshooting logic trees, PMCS, and BDAR tasks.
- Review and contribute to Technical Publication Work package mark-ups or reviews per military standards, such as MIL-STD 40051.
- Incorporate configuration changes from design / manufacturing discrepancies and technical test incident reports.
- Generate, maintain, and update Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC) and Task Analysis Summaries (TAS) in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 700-82.
- Analyze moderately complex technical data packages to determine maintenance and logistic usability.
- Track and manage problem reports associated with complex technical data packages.
- Provide support in the development of Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) and Provisioning Master Record (PMR).
- Identify and ensure accurate and timely development of illustrations.
- Recommend program-specific guidelines for style and format based on customer requirements and military specifications.
- Finalize Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries and ensure earned value metrics are accurately reconciled.
- Contribute to the integration of technical, supply, and logistical support services to produce optimal products for the warfighter.
