- Outgoing Mail : Prepare, label, and send outgoing mail and packages via various shipping carriers.
- Printing and Copying : Assist with printing, copying, and organizing materials as requested by departments.
- Delivery Coordination : Ensure timely delivery of documents and packages within the office or to external locations.
