Job Summary: Merchandisers are responsible for implementing a comprehensive product merchandising strategy in local stores. As a Merchandiser, you will utilize your personal vehicle to visit various store locations, retrieve products from the backroom, and ensure that products remain fresh and visually appealing to customers throughout their shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Operate your personal vehicle to assigned locations (mileage reimbursement provided while on the clock).
•Check-in and out with the manager on duty.
•Merchandise cases from the backroom to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products.
•Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date items.
•Maintain tidy shelves and displays, dispose of waste, and knock down boxes as needed.
•Assist in assembling and disassembling promotional materials such as signs, banners, and cardboard displays.
Required Qualifications:
•Excellent communication skills required.
•Ability to work in various weather conditions.
•Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
