Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MRI Technologist to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities :
- Review patient histories and perform screenings to assess risks from pacemakers, metal implants, or other contraindications.
- Administer contrast dyes under proper medical supervision and ensure patient safety throughout the procedure.
- Address patient concerns, explain the MRI procedure, and maintain a calm environment to ensure patient comfort.
- Position patients and operate MRI equipment to capture accurate images based on physician orders.
- Conduct routine inspections of MRI machines, coordinate maintenance, and promptly report any technical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe MRI room environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to junior MRI technologists and assist in onboarding new staff members.
- Prepare reports, document procedures, and escalate any critical issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
- Perform quality assurance checks, adhere to imaging protocols, and suggest process improvements as needed.
