Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Network and On-prem Engineer to join our Network Triage and Troubleshooting Team (NTT).
This team is responsible for identifying, mitigating, and resolving high-severity issues impacting internal and external business operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in networking technologies, network security, software-defined networking, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Triaging and troubleshooting high-severity network issues, including network downtime, connectivity problems, and application slowness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Implementing and maintaining cloud networking and security constructs, including DMZ and PaaS integrations.
- Advocating for and practicing infrastructure-as-code using tools like Python and Ansible.
- Supporting ITSM practices such as Change, Incident, and Problem management.
- Engaging in continuous learning and exploring emerging technologies like serverless, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
