Production Support Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations. This role will involve coordinating issue resolution, managing month-end activities, and facilitating process improvements across complex ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, experience working in healthcare environments such as IFP and Medicare, and the ability to lead meetings while ensuring SLAs are met. This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to maintain and improve system stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor systems, applications, and processes, ensuring availability goals and customer satisfaction
• Lead and coordinate issue resolution activities across multiple teams, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of problems
• Manage month-end activities, tracking issues, enhancements, and maintaining process efficiency
• Analyze data trends, including file transfers, file movements, and associated processes
• Participate in infrastructure maintenance, production monitoring, and application releases
• Maintain system support documentation and provide audit support by coordinating with application teams
• Monitor production processes to ensure SLAs are met, providing 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis
• Identify risks, manage and mitigate issues, and provide regular reporting
• Foster strong relationships with business partners, application teams, and leadership to address operational challenges
• Ensure adherence to established methodologies, standards, and guidelines
• Demonstrate leadership by facilitating meetings, communicating effectively, and driving resolution for critical incidents
