Job Summary :
The QC Lab Technician I will analyze and test raw materials, intermediates, and finished products under cGMP guidelines using validated or compendia methods. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform laboratory analyses with minimal supervision.
- Prepare standards, mobile phases, and reagents.
- Calibrate and monitor laboratory equipment, including HPLC, GC, and ICP.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, stability samples, and finished products using various analytical and instrumental methods.
- Perform calculations, collect data, and prepare it for evaluation.
- Maintain good documentation practices and adhere to cGMP guidelines.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with Client Life Saving Rules.
- Participate in plant and corporate initiatives as outlined in the manufacturing plan.
- Update and ensure SOPs and specifications are current and compliant with regulations.
