Job Summary :
The Release Manager will oversee and coordinate software releases across multiple environments, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries with minimal disruption. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in Java, Kafka, React, and optionally .NET and SSIS.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases across environments.
- Define and maintain release processes, including CI / CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Manage dependencies and risks during software release cycles.
- Review, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during releases.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to address technical bottlenecks.
- Act as the main point of contact for release activities, aligning engineering, product management, and operations teams.
- Communicate release plans, schedules, and post-release performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure stability and consistency across staging, testing, and production environments.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams to maintain infrastructure readiness and automate deployment pipelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve release processes and implement best practices.
- Drive the adoption of tools and methodologies to enhance deployment speed and reliability.
