SAP CPI Integration Suite IS Developer/Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Integration Suite Developer / Analyst to help build Client's next-generation Customer Information System (CIS) with a focus on SAP S / 4HANA, SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer), and integrating CIS applications with both SAP and third-party applications. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define and implement integration solutions, ensuring the integration architecture meets business requirements, IT best practices, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with systems implementation partners, business analysts, third-party vendors, technical and functional teams, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure their proper documentation and implementation.
  • Review and analyze technical specifications to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Design integration solutions based on business requirements using SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
  • Lead field mapping discussions to ensure best practices are followed and business requirements are accurately captured.
  • Ensure that the solution architecture adheres to best practices and is scalable.
  • Review integration flows, build, and configuration to ensure consistent build practices are followed.
  • Review Technical Design Documents, Technical Unit Tests, and End-to-End Testing documents.
  • Support QA teams during performance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Ensure that error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms are implemented properly to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  • Ensure that all integration solutions comply with security standards and data protection regulations.
  • Work with infrastructure teams to provide the required infrastructure for integration teams.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation as the integration landscape evolves.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience with SAP CPI Integration Suite, including at least 1 year on SAP S / 4HANA and SAP IS.
  • Full SDLC experience, including design, build, validation, cutover, and support.
  • Strong expertise in designing, developing, and monitoring integration flows by following design principles and industry best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CPI Integration Suite architecture, design principles, and message mapping concepts.
  • Experience with standard adapters (ODATA, SFTP, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Exception Handling in SAP CPI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to conduct technical evaluations and provide recommendations for new integration projects.
  • Ability to track and report work effectively.

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA Integration with SAP CX products like Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and non-SAP applications.
  • Knowledge of EDI.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Groovy scripts.
  • Experience implementing security concepts like Encryption / Decryption, certificate-based authentication, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Good working knowledge of API Management and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Familiarity with working with System Integrators and reviewing their work.
