Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented Sitecore Developer to join our team at the Client. In this role, you will work in an Agile environment to build modern, scalable, and maintainable code for both bostonfed.org and the Client's intranet. Collaborating closely with our UX / UI designers, you will bridge the gap between design and technical execution, envision creative solutions, and tackle practical challenges. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and stays up to date on modern front-end frameworks and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with UX / UI team : Translate design mockups into responsive web user experiences, ensuring alignment with design principles.
- Develop and Test Code : Write clean, production-ready code using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with project managers, web team members, and other stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Advocate for Best Practices : Define and advocate for good front-end architecture, coding, and testing practices.
- Create Functional Specifications : Develop mockups, prototypes, and specifications for various applications.
- Optimize Application Performance : Ensure that applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.
- Interface with Back-End Engineers : Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate front-end and back-end functionality.
- Participate in Code Reviews : Engage in the code review process to ensure quality and maintainability.
