Job Summary :
The Client is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join their Data Modernization Initiative (DMI) Projects. The role will focus on creating a consolidated Enterprise Data Platform using modern cloud tools such as AWS and Snowflake, while transitioning existing business data applications to this new platform. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing and documenting functional and technical requirements, and providing expertise in data solutions, including data analysis and business intelligence. The Senior Developer will play a crucial role in delivering timely and effective solutions for DPH's data modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and document functional, technical, and business requirements for complex business and technical projects.
- Write both business and technical documentation to support development and end-user communities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the solution meets their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Follow established PMO standards and procedures to communicate milestones and delivery timelines.
- Design and implement business solutions and major upgrades to existing solutions.
- Assist in complex data analysis and translate business needs into data solutions.
- Provide training on the Data Platform and BI reports to ensure users fully understand all components.
- Cross-train peers within subject matter areas and technical expertise.
- Work with Architects, Developers, and Analysts to present an overview of requirements and build use cases.
- Assist in gathering user requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
- Contribute to project plans and assist in establishing project priorities and allocating resources.
