Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise, tools, and assistance to operations, development, and support teams for critical production issues and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with support, development, and business teams to address customer issues efficiently.
- Act as a first line of defense for identifying and resolving system architecture challenges.
- Support, maintain, and develop state-of-the-art technology platforms.
- Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and coding.
- Participate actively in the full PRPC implementation cycle, including enterprise class structure and ruleset design.
