Job Summary :
The Senior Systems Analyst will play a key role in collaborating with business and technology partners to define requirements, influence strategic decisions, and develop solutions within an agile framework. Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
- Work with agile teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals and roadmap.
- Perform technical analysis and provide system design patterns for multi-tier integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support for client onboarding, API testing, and triaging system defects in production and non-production environments.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders, including participating in executive-level presentations.
- Identify and resolve issues using structured, disciplined, and data-oriented approaches.
