Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned SQL Developer with expertise in Capital Markets and Accounting to design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and reporting tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a combination of strong technical proficiency, analytical capabilities, and knowledge of accounting principles to support data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and analyze business processes for improvement.
- Create detailed business analysis to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and database objects (tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, functions, etc.).
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and other techniques.
- Collaborate with the application team to design and implement database schemas and structures.
- Ensure data integrity and security through proper design and implementation of database constraints and permissions.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports.
