Technical Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in Salesforce platforms, particularly Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and process optimization, as well as the ability to work with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in Revenue Cloud CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, with experience in CRMA analytics.
• Evaluate the current data model and make recommendations for improvements.
• Knowledge of development tools and processes for formulating use cases and designing project requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct workshops and discussions with business owners to understand existing processes, pain points, and ideal state scenarios.
• Define process optimization opportunities and create a roadmap and backlog for the project.
• Create configurable solutions that include workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
• Manage Salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing tasks.
• Maintain Salesforce solution documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure key business operations are addressed.
• Promote CRM standard procedures to ensure solutions align with business strategy and ethos.
• Create a requirements management strategy that outlines the process for elicitation, documentation standards, and formats.
• Familiarity with backlog grooming processes, attributes review, and approval processes.
• Plan and monitor scope, ensuring that needs fall within the SOW scope and communicating variances for inclusion in the change control process.
• Assist the product owner in defining value, priority, and scope for upcoming releases and sprints.
• Maintain a strong understanding of business requirements and project solutions.
• Apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications.
• Utilize declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Participate in QA test execution, client demos, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare stages.
• Support the QA team in test execution and reviews as required.
