Job Summary
The Technical Implementation Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving implementation success by leading technical tasks, planning, and coordination efforts across various teams. This role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of technical solutions and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a Technical Tasks Plan for implementations, including tasks like environments, configurations, integrations, testing, and access.
- Act as the main point of contact for Client Services PM and Product Implementation Specialists.
- Ensure technical tasks align with end goals and own their outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and account teams to manage dependencies for successful implementations.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement best practices.
- Drive end-to-end testing plans for implementation using QA resources and report testing statuses.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by enhancing Implementation Playbooks.
- Maintain change integrity by adhering to the release process.
- Liaise with GCTO teams for infrastructure and environment-related changes.
- Work with customers on tasks like connectivity, data feeds, and configurations.
- Track and escalate blockers, showstoppers, or defects impacting implementation timelines.
- Drive prioritization of defects and enhancements in collaboration with the product team.
- Ensure task and milestone tracking in JIRA, including dashboards and reporting.
- Maintain scope signoffs and custom requirement completion before projects begin.
