Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead for AI / ML with expertise in Conversational AI integration.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and implementing conversational AI applications, including chatbots, IVR systems, and virtual assistants.
This role requires proficiency in AI solution integration, intent identification, and LLM development, with a focus on creating high-quality, context-aware user interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI applications using KoreAI across IVR, chat, and voice platforms.
- Lead the development of conversational AI applications, such as chatbots, IVR systems, and virtual assistants.
- Integrate AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services to enhance functionality.
- Work with Generative AI models and fine-tune LLM-based conversations for improved user experience.
- Develop and optimize natural language understanding (NLU) and processing (NLP) models to improve accuracy and intent identification.
- Build and refine conversational AI systems that provide intuitive and effective user interactions.
- Ensure high-quality, context-aware conversations by developing and implementing intent identification and LLM-based solutions.
