Technical Product Owner

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner for our Master Data Management (MDM) product domain.

This role is integral in the implementation and maintenance of our core MDM capability.

The Technical Product Owner will collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams, create the technical roadmap, and drive prioritization and alignment across teams.

This role also involves leveraging cost-benefit analysis to drive decision-making, while being adaptable to changing business needs and feedback.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to communicate status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and considerations.
• Drive alignment and prioritization of deliverables across multiple workstreams, including vendor and project management resources.
• Develop and manage a technical roadmap that harmonizes business, technical, and vendor implementation milestones.
• Decompose large-scale initiatives into phased deliverables, ensuring up-front business benefits are prioritized.
• Drive project discovery and solution-oriented discussions to ensure long-term scalability.
• Champion user-centric design principles, incorporating end-user feedback into product enhancements.
• Stay informed about trends and emerging technologies in the Master Data Management space.
• Develop and maintain technical design artifacts, such as technical requirements, use cases, user stories, workflows, and mockups.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement, including with development, architecture, QA, and adjacent IT functions.
• Oversee vendor delivery and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Collaborate with teams to define and execute test plans, ensuring high-quality product releases.
• Communicate project status updates to both short-term and executive leadership.
