Job Summary :
The Accountant III will support Client's Training & Development function by managing training logistics, maintaining records, and coordinating administrative and budgeting tasks.
This role involves Learning Management System (LMS) administration, vendor coordination, and serving as a point of contact for training-related activities, ensuring smooth execution of programs and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and book training venues, ensuring proper setup for programs.
- Maintain accurate training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
- Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) administration and ensure up-to-date system records.
- Prepare and disseminate instructional materials, feedback forms, and other related documents.
- Serve as the primary liaison for vendors, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and policies.
- Administer a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress.
- Assist with administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs.
- Manage the team mailbox and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
