Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled UI / UX Designer with expertise in problem-solving through Design Thinking. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma, capable of journey mapping, creating PSDs, conducting workshops, and allocating work to the team. While deep UI expertise is not required, a strong understanding of UI principles is necessary. This is a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and enhance user experiences.
- Utilize Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces.
- Conduct user journey mapping to identify pain points and improve user flows.
- Create PSDs and other design assets for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and refine design solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI / UX solutions.
- Allocate and manage design tasks within the team to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
