Location: Remote (US based)

About our cliente
Practice is a modern client management platform built for coaches, tutors, fitness studios, and other service-based professionals who sell their most valuable asset: time. The platform simplifies and automates the administrative side of their businesses—things like scheduling, payments, communication, and client notes—so they can focus on what really matters: their clients.
The company’s mission is to help independent professionals grow thriving, sustainable practices. Practice believes the future of work is personal, and is building the infrastructure to power that future.
The Role
As a BDR at Practice, the selected candidate will be at the forefront of the company’s go-to-market efforts, starting conversations with prospective customers and sparking interest in how Practice can simplify their day-to-day. The role will focus on outbound outreach across channels like phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
The BDR will primarily engage with founders and leaders of fitness studios, coaching organizations, and tutoring companies—people who wear many hats and are looking for a better way to manage their workflows. The role is centered on connecting with them in meaningful, thoughtful ways and introducing Practice as a true partner in their growth.
This position involves spending several hours a day reaching out to prospects (especially on the phones!), learning about their businesses, and sharing how Practice can make their work easier. If energized by real conversations, driven by creative outreach, and excited about building a repeatable sales motion at an early-stage company, this is a strong fit.

- Own top-of-funnel prospecting – identify, engage, and qualify leads
- Create and test new outreach sequences across email, calls, social DMs, and video
- Schedule conversations with qualified prospects
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product to provide feedback from the field
- Track activity, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot and other tools used by the team
- Experiment and iterate – the company is still figuring things out and values input
Candidate Profile
- Experience in outbound sales or client-facing roles (bonus if there is experience selling to small businesses or working in coaching, education, or fitness)
- Excellent communication skills – clear, curious, and empathetic in both written and verbal outreach
- Ability to personalize outreach while staying efficient and organized
- Thrives in an early-stage environment and excited to build, not just follow a playbook
- Passion for helping others succeed and a genuine care for customer experience
- Bonus: Experience using tools like HubSpot, Orum, Loom, or Apollo.io
Why Practice
- A mission-driven team that cares about both performance and people
- Flexible, remote-first work environment
- Generous PTO and sick leave
- Top-notch sales coaching
