Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for an Engagement Manager who can steer our talented team of consultants and marketing experts towards delivering exceptional results for our clients. In this role, you'll design and execute innovative marketing solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals, driving significant ROI and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee and manage complex marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timely delivery.
• Strategic Development: Analyze market trends and customer data to formulate actionable growth strategies that elevate portfolio performance.
• Campaign Oversight: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to enhance market reach and profitability.
• Experimentation and Optimization: Conduct growth experiments using A/B testing and other analytical techniques to continually refine and improve marketing tactics.
• Client Partnership: Work closely with clients to understand their unique market positions and growth opportunities, providing strategic and practical recommendations.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and develop team members, fostering expertise in advanced digital marketing strategies and encouraging continuous professional growth.
• Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Aux Insights' presence and influence within the growth marketing sector.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, PhD) from a top-tier institution with a focus on digital marketing, business strategy, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 5-7 years in strategic or management consulting, with at least 2 years leading growth marketing initiatives, preferably within private equity-backed environments.
• Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to deploy effective growth strategies in high-pressure settings, achieving notable results.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in utilizing analytics and digital tools to inform strategic decisions and drive client success.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to blend analytical rigor with creative thinking to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive organizational growth.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong capability to lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of innovation and adaptability.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
