What They’re Looking For
Robeson Parks is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create engaging content across various platforms. This professional will work closely with the marketing, branding, and creative teams to develop high-quality graphics and execute imaginative content that effectively resonates with campaign narratives, brand identities, and client goals.
Key Responsibilities
→ Creating concept art for print or digital media campaigns
→ Original asset design for digital communications, websites, mobile apps, emails, marketing materials, press and print advertising, logos and branding, etc.
→ Working with the creative director, account managers and creative teams to establish appropriate creative directions including studying design briefs and conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
→ Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback
→ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
→ Managing projects to ensure that deadlines are met and completed on time
→ Utilizing an innovative approach to the ways in which advertising is executed and having an awareness of industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creative output
→ The ability to thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional work quality
Qualifications
→ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
→ Strong portfolio showcasing work
→ Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard tools
→ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
→ Experience designing for both digital and print media
→ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team
