Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and kitchen management, with experience in banquet and catering services. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to create exceptional dining experiences while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

Duties

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
• Plan and design menus that cater to various dietary needs and preferences, including special events and banquets.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
• Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere while promoting professional development.
• Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate specific dietary restrictions for guests.
• Assist in catering events, managing logistics from menu planning to execution on-site.
