Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste and recycling materials to promote a clean work environment.
- Support the kitchen staff by helping with food preparation tasks as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during banquets or large events.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
