Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organized manner.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
