Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Ensure all public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary cleaning products are stocked.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning rooms and public areas to meet hotel standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
