Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
- Support cooks by helping with food handling and cooking tasks as needed.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service during meal service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cooking and food service.
- Certificate of Kitchen and Culinary background needed
