Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing and payment transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and responsible serving practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, particularly in restaurant or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Strong math skills for managing cash transactions and drink recipes.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• A background in the food industry is beneficial, along with a passion for bartending and mixology techniques.
