Work Schedule for a Regional Manager
This position works with our Career Specialists Monday through Friday providing support, coaching, and training to ensure the JAG model components are implemented.

A Day in the Life of a Regional Manager
A Regional Manager works with Career Specialists to ensure the JAG model is successfully impacting the students within the program. This individual monitors programs and data to ensure they are meeting accreditation standards, conducts monthly staff and classroom observations, and plans, manages, and executes events to increase JAG-K program visibility. As a Regional Manager, one would establish an employer engagement network to increase students' opportunity for career exploration, advocates for a strong NCA Career Association, and reviews data for continuous improvement within ones' region.
As needed, the Regional Manager provides coverage for JAG-K programs during times of Career Specialist vacancy.
