Job Summary:
Jobs for Humanity is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily sales reconciliation for the hotel, restaurants, and golf club
- Review and correction of POS integration variances as needed
- Coordination of collection activities and communication with guests and members
- Preparation of weekly aging reports and follow-up
- Attendance at weekly golf club meetings
- Gift card processing and correction
- Credit card dispute resolution
- Month-end closing procedures support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2-4 years of work experience in accounting and finance
- Hospitality experience a plus
