Job Responsibilities

• Implement and track corporate compliance training completions, manage escalations, and resolve discrepancies in content or enrollment with business partners.
• Analyze completion rates year-over-year to identify trends and highlight areas for improvement.
• Assist with automating follow-up processes and document enhancements to improve training completion tracking.
• Participate in the design and creation of corporate compliance training courses and assist with the annual roadmap.
• Manage the Third-Party Screening process, ensuring attention to detail and timely escalation to the Legal team as needed.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in compliance, analytics, or risk management.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and database management.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay Range:
$25-30/hr
