Key Responsibilities:
- Process a large volume of varying loans in accordance with Bank policy and State/Federal regulations.
- Assist in the documentation, standardization, and measurement of key processes within the department to promote total quality management and efficiency.
- Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain basic knowledge of loan tickets.
- Evaluate lending staff adherence to Bank policy and proper documentation of exceptions.
- Serve as liaison between lender, appraisal department, and attorney as necessary.
- Review existing loan files for documentation deficiencies during processing of new loan requests.
- Maintain collateral tracking and document imaging system accuracy.
- Support lending staff with clearing documentation exceptions.
- Field incoming calls for customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Prior loan documentation experience is desirable.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage frequent change effectively.
- Meet multiple deadlines efficiently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Customer Service focus with timely response and follow-up.
- Display high character and ethics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
