Job Title: Loan Documentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a large volume of varying loans in accordance with Bank policy and State/Federal regulations.
• Assist in the documentation, standardization, and measurement of key processes within the department to promote total quality management and efficiency.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain basic knowledge of loan tickets.
• Evaluate lending staff adherence to Bank policy and proper documentation of exceptions.
• Serve as liaison between lender, appraisal department, and attorney as necessary.
• Review existing loan files for documentation deficiencies during processing of new loan requests.
• Maintain collateral tracking and document imaging system accuracy.
• Support lending staff with clearing documentation exceptions.
• Field incoming calls for customer service.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Prior loan documentation experience is desirable.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage frequent change effectively.
• Meet multiple deadlines efficiently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Customer Service focus with timely response and follow-up.
• Display high character and ethics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
