Primary Responsibilities :
Perform general administrative tasks including data entry filing and managing office correspondence.
Answer and direct phone calls greeting visitors with a friendly demeanor.
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory ensuring everything is readily available.
Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed.
Prepare documents and reports ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Help maintain a clean and organized office space.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
