Job Description:
This is a dynamic and challenging role within our team. As a Universal Banker Trainee, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our current and potential customers. You will utilize your excellent communication skills and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to consistently meet and exceed performance and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain institutional knowledge of banking principles and practices.
- Process cash and check transactions accurately and efficiently, while identifying potential fraud and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Provide top-notch customer service by effectively balancing cash drawers, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in banking and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience in sales and customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and transport coin and currency bags as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a strong sense of empathy to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
