Smart Stack Impact is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness.

Marketing Communications Specialist responsibilities include distributing promotional material, responding to customers’ queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing events. If you have experience in identifying and building long-term relationships with target audiences, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
  • Write and edit engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, press releases, social media posts, and website content
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for new growth areas
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Coordinate and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars, to promote the company's brand and increase market presence
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
