- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance to the Top-Secret level.
- 8 years of work experience in the administration of U.S. Federal Agency and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and subcontracts utilizing the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and other agency or defense client specific/internal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business field, or a total of 10 years of related work experience in government contracts, with 8 years of experience managing U.S. Federal and DoD contracts
- Deltek CostPoint experience a plus
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel as required and up to 5%.
- Strong knowledge with Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, and Cost-Plus type of Government Contracts including Delivery based, Milestone based, and recurring services FFP contracts.
- Demonstrated experience with DBA and SCA compliance and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team player and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English language and exceptional verbal communication and writing skills are required.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.
- May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification of education requirements
