- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Any relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Associate) is a plus.

To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed.
