Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator/Analyst is an exempt level position and will work on multiple projects to assist with meeting the scope and objectives for supporting the PCI Federal Services and affiliated LLC’s Talent Acquisition needs. Monitors compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as company policies, notifies managers of potential issues, and proposes corrective action. Prepares and preserves personnel records, organizational charts, accident records, training records, and other recruitment data.

  • Lifecycle onboarding for PCIFS, PCIGS, PCIP, MF, PCIA, [PCISS, PCIM, as needed]
  • Create/send for signature/process PAFs
  • Send offers, communicate acceptances to HMs/recruiter 
  • Initiate onboarding (currently reposting ICIMS jobs in Talent to onboard)
  • Monitor Talent to CostPoint import errors with payroll depts
  • Monitor paperwork status/download paperwork from Talent systems [I-9, ID/s, W4, Talent Docs (Emergency Contacts, COI, Handbook Acknowledgement, NDA Acknowledgement, Clearance Verification Details), EEO Forms, State Tax Form, Education Verification]
  • Follow up on needed paperwork and/or corrections
  • Verify IDs/complete I-9s
  • Send files to payroll/HR 
  • Employee file set up
  • Welcome meeting set up
  • Welcome meeting HR intro
  • ICIMS hires (repost jobs in MF/PCIP/PCIFS Talent to onboard until ICIMS onboarding is fully functional)
  • Credit Card Reconciliation (Monthly, as needed/asked)
  • State Job Board postings for OFCCP compliance
  • Create/process requisitions 
  • Post jobs (Talent, ICIMS, Zip, LinkedIn, and [UKG, as needed])
  • Schedule background checks through Checkr 
  • Request job titles, locations, employee IDs from each respective payroll department
  • Talent/ICIMS Admin (adding locations, CP locations to ICIMS – update yearly offer/onboarding templates for new year benefits/leave/labor law info in Talent, other tasks as needed)
  • Weekly reporting on recruiting activity
  • Zip/Linked In tracking (Monthly)
  • New hire recruiting report (Monthly)
  • Stay Interviews (Quarterly)
  • Update master trackers daily (staffing/onboarding)
  • Welcome Box requests for PCIP/Media Fusion
  • Job Descriptions
  • ISO Audit Assistance 
  • Format Resumes/Crosswalks as needed
  • Daily communication with HMs and Recruiters
  • Assist with OFCCP reporting for recruiting
  • Set up interviews, as needed
  • Other duties, as needed/assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an HR Specialist or Recruiting
  • In-depth knowledge of HR programs, company policies, and administrative procedures
  • Expertise working directly with HR documentation and high-level correspondence needs
  • Hands-on experience with HR Software is required (experience with Deltek HR and iCIMS systems is strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated skills in organizing and implementing projects, programs, and meetings to support the high-level goals of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting competing deadlines

 

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer. 

To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
